Bench Top Spindle Coil winderBOS Series
The BOS series machines are high-performance, bench top coil winding machines equipped with servo motors. The cast-metal body is excellent in rigidity and integrated manufacturing by five faces machining center enhances imposing accuracy. Fundamental machine construction reduces the number of component parts and makes it easier maintenance.
We have a variety of manufacturing line according to production work specifications or wire specifications.

BOS360 Series
The series are high-performance coil winding machines by applying Nittoku's original NSC50 controller.
With Nittoku's special servo motor tensioner and servo twisting machine, the circle time can be shortened and the production efficiency can be remarkably increased.
