Micro Armature Winding MachineKIS-0450 / KIS-0250U Applicable core : Armature, paper motor, etc.

KIS-0430 KIS-0230U
KIS-0450 KIS-0250U

Features

  • The high speed winding machine can be created by applying the NITTOKU-made super high speed compact FA controller. By applying indexing mechanism (180 degrees), the core loading can be performed in parallel with the winding operation. This has improved working efficiency and productivity.
  • Comparing with the normal flyer design, the integral construction is applied to the flyer and a tip of the spindle shaft. By doing so, the movement of the flyer can be kept in minimum distance. And the spindle accuracy has been improved.
  • The wrapping mechanism is located in the front position. So the stability of wire wrapping to the terminal is increased and programming can be easily performed.
  • Accurate core indexing is performed fast due to NC control.
  • A preventive device is installed in order to remove vibration of center former. The device enables the cycle time to shorten. (Compared as our other machines, max. 40% is improved.)
  • No scrap wire is remained due to the vacuum system.
  • Tooling is designed with the quick change mechanism. So an easy specification change can be obtained.
  • Easy change and assembly are featured due to standardization of every unit.
