Manufactured products etc. can be reproduced with drawings or actual products, but it is not always possible to install replacement products for general purchased products and control parts.
We work together with each manufacturer to study and develop countermeasures, and make proposals to meet the needs of our customers.
We are using Nittoku’s winding machine for 20 years, and it often has failure these days.

Is maintenance / service possible for winding machines purchased more than 10 years ago?
Thank you for your long years of use. Our customer service proposes periodic inspections as preventive maintenance.
If you can provide the contents of the nameplate and daily machine malfunctions, etc., we can perform inspections according to your wishes.

Can we have the instruction manual for a given winding machine?
All of our winding machines have a nameplate. If you can provide this nameplate information, we can send the instruction manual.
We will also respond to future maintenance and other inquiries, so please share your contact information with your nearest sales office.
We are going to transport the winding machine now used in Japan, to the factory outside the country.
Will there be any problem concerning the power source?
After confirming the electrical capacity and frequency of your equipment, prepare the power supply for the equipment at the factory.
