The BOS series machines are high-performance, bench top coil winding machines equipped with servo motors. The cast-metal body is excellent in rigidity and integrated manufacturing by five faces machining center enhances imposing accuracy. Fundamental machine construction reduces the number of component parts and makes it easier maintenance.

TAK-01A / YOK-01

CNC Bench top Coil Winder

TAK-01A・YOK-01 are compact and economically priced models but high performance bench top coil winder with servo motors to control the spindle and the traverse drive. The model has 4 kinds of input patterns to apply various specifications from standard coils to special coils (transformer coils, etc.) and is the machine for easy specification change and easy operation.
TAK-01A and YOK-01 are used respectively according to coil specifications; TAK-01A has a front spindle and YOK-01 has a side spindle.

NT480 Series

CNC Turret index type Coil Winder

NT480 series are winding machines that integrate table and other units. The model reduces the number of component parts, enhances imposition accuracy, minimizes the variation per hour, facilitates maintenance or accuracy recurrence, and is excellent in rigidity.

By utilizing a rigid traverse guide, perfect layer coil winding can be performed using mandrels without a slit groove wire guide. The machine also checks if the tooling flange position has been changed caused by thermal expansion, and adjusts it to keep consistent winding accuracy.

BHS-01-50 has a new type controller and pul-servo tension that can achieve perfect layer winding with high performance and stability.
